When you voluntarily submit information through our contact form on the Contact page, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry about camera gear selection or course enrollment. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Account Modal Limitations
The sign-in and create account modals are for demonstration purposes only. No personal account data is stored on our servers. Any information entered remains in your browser session and is discarded when the modal is closed.
LocalStorage Favorites and Cart
LensLively stores your selected favorites and cart items exclusively in your browser’s localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you voluntarily submit it through a contact form. Clearing your browser data will remove these preferences.
Cookies and Consent
We use essential cookies to maintain site functionality and remember theme preferences. A cookie banner appears on first visit allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. You may change your consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies.
Analytics Restrictions

Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months to allow follow-up support. LocalStorage data persists until manually cleared by you. We delete inactive cart and favorite records after 90 days of inactivity.

Children’s Privacy
